Anubhuti has recently founded and is the President of Policy Advisors Club (PAC). This is an initiative which is the first of its kind in the world. Prior to this in her role at Flex India, Anubhuti was a Senior Director heading Govt affairs along with CSR across the organisation. She also served as a Director on Flex India Board – first women leader and first Govt affairs professional to be offered this position. In her previous roles, Anubhuti was the Country Head, Govt affairs for companies like HP Inc., Intel, Wipro Technologies, Infrastructure & Foundation and Jindal Steel.

Over the years, Anubhuti has been recognized for her leadership at various levels and won multiple recognitions across organisations. Her highest record has been 11 recognitions at HP in a year along with being honoured by the highest President’s Award at HP Inc. India – the first Govt affairs lead in India to receive this award. She has also been given the ‘Corporate Change Agent Award’ by the Women’s League Foundation, and selected for the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program as a part of diplomatic engagement – a clear recognition of policy expertise.

She has been instrumental in expanding manufacturing footprints, streamlining exports, and shaping industry regulations. Key contributor to policy dialogues on import regulations, sustainability, AI, data privacy, and ICT standards. She has successfully positioned organizations in influential policy-making circles, working closely with ministries such as MeitY, Commerce, Finance, and Consumer Affairs. She will always be acknowledged as a leader who revamped India’s Electronics Repairs and Exports Outsourcing (ERSO) framework story while facilitating a major shift in export policies of India.

Strong advocate for CSR, aligning corporate initiatives with national priorities, Anubhuti has built impactful partnerships with governments, Industry Associations (NASSCOM, CII, USISPF, AMCHAM, FICCI, MAIT etc.), and global organizations to drive policy enhancement and sustainable business growth.
Along with a robust strategy and policy background, Anubhuti also has a rich background in media and public affairs, having worked in leading media organisations like Observer, Eenadu TV, Sahara Samay and Headlines India. As a Senior Correspondent with a forte for covering top political parties and Lok Sabha, Anubhuti was bestowed the Powerful Journalist Award by ‘Mission Awareness’. She also holds NCC ‘C’ certificate as a part of the Airforce wing.
