OBJECT CLAUSE
OBJECT CLAUSE
The objects for which the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is established are:
- To establish, manage, and operate a policy advisors club with the objective of promoting research, dialogue, and awareness on issues relating to public policy, governance, economic development, environment, health, technology, education, and social justice.
- To engage in and support policy advocacy, public education, and outreach activities intended to reform legislation, regulations, and public programs through democratic and lawful means.
- To provide a collaborative platform for policymakers, industry leaders, civil society, academic institutions, and general public for discussion, research, and policy engagement.
- To organize and conduct seminars, conferences, workshops, lectures, online events, and other public or private events for the authorised members of the club.
- To undertake and publish research, policy briefs, newsletters, white papers, articles, and other materials on relevant policy and governance issues.
- To collaborate with and offer consultancy or advisory services to governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, corporates, institutions, and other stakeholders in the field of public policy and advocacy.
- To raise funds through lawful means including membership fees, sponsorships, grants, donations, and project-based funding to support the LLP’s objectives.
- To acquire, lease, hold, or dispose of movable or immovable property as may be required for the pursuit of the LLP’s objects.
- To do all such other acts, matters, and things as are necessary, incidental, or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
